Our programmes are primarily delivered as guided audio protocols. As One Oneira content relies on spoken delivery and immersive change work, it is not available in a written-only format. To support accessibility, most sessions are accompanied by written summaries. These summaries are intended to provide context and integration support but are not a substitute for the audio experience itself.
Our founder is dyslexic and understands first-hand the challenges of a neurodiverse experience! We aim to make our programmes as neurodivergent-friendly as possible. If you have feedback or suggestions on how we can improve accessibility, please contact us at hi@oneoneira.co
We are committed to creating an inclusive and respectful environment. One Oneira does not tolerate discrimination in any form. All individuals are welcome. We acknowledge that people approach this work from different backgrounds and experiences, and we aim to hold space for those differences with respect and care. Everyone is at a different stage in their journey and deserves compassion and the opportunity for personal growth. To uphold a culture of respectful transformation, we reserve the right to remove or refuse participation to anyone whose behaviour compromises community safety.
At present, our programmes are available in English only.
We are a small business and are committed to balancing accessibility and inclusion with the nature of our work. We welcome feedback on how we can improve.
