In these Terms, One ONEIRA LTD may be referred to as “One ONEIRA”, “One Oneira”, “we”, “us” or “our”.

These Terms apply to all services we provide, including but not limited to digital downloads, PDFs, pre-recorded or live sessions, online or in-person events, courses, private consultations, and custom content (collectively, “the Services”). By accessing the Website or purchasing any Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Website or engage with our Services in any way.

Our Website and Services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over. By using the Website or purchasing our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. We do not knowingly collect or process personal data relating to children.

All content provided by One ONEIRA is intended for general informational and educational purposes in support of personal development. While our work integrates elements of hypnosis, subconscious reprogramming, and wellness support, we make no representations or guarantees regarding specific outcomes. Results may vary widely depending on the individual and the context of use. Nothing on the Website or within the Services is intended to be, nor should it be interpreted as, medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Certain liabilities cannot be excluded or limited under English law, and nothing in these Terms seeks to exclude or limit those rights.

You agree to use all One ONEIRA Services, including audio and hypnosis recordings and related content, responsibly and in an appropriate environment. You must not listen to any One ONEIRA recordings while driving, operating machinery, or performing tasks that require concentration. They are intended only for use in a safe, private space where you can remain relaxed and undisturbed. You must not use our Services or recordings while under the influence of alcohol, recreational drugs, or any substances that impair alertness, judgment, or decision-making. When you purchase any digital product from One ONEIRA, including but not limited to downloadable recordings, PDFs, scripts, or online programmes, you acknowledge and agree that access is granted immediately upon purchase. As such, you waive your right to a 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. All digital product sales are final unless a refund is required by law or unless technical issues render the product inaccessible, in which case support will be offered for up to seven days from the date of your initial contact. Our “Just For You” recordings are handcrafted and made to order. Because each recording requires dedicated production time, availability is limited and fulfilled in sequence according to purchase date. Delivery timelines may vary depending on demand and available slots. You will receive your intake questionnaire promptly after booking, and your personalised recording will follow once your allocated slot has been completed. While we make every effort to deliver within the stated month, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. One ONEIRA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or cancel a booking, refuse access to Services, or remove any individual from an event, session, or community space if we believe their participation may be inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive, or if they breach these Terms. In such cases, we may issue a refund at our discretion where payment has already been made, except where the client’s own misconduct is the cause of removal. All bookings for live or in-person events, including group workshops or retreats, are non-refundable once confirmed. Transfers to another date or person may be allowed solely at our discretion and must be requested in advance. For private one-to-one sessions or custom hypnosis recordings, all sales are final once booked. Rescheduling of one-to-one sessions may be offered where possible with at least 48 hours’ notice, but is not guaranteed. If you miss a session without prior notice, the session will be forfeited without refund. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under consumer law.

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or remove any part of the Website or Services at any time, without prior notice. This includes but is not limited to changes in content, pricing, programme structure, features, or availability. We are not liable for any resulting impact, including financial loss or disruption. Continued use of the Website following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. We are not responsible for failure to perform or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, internet outages, or third-party service interruptions. All content on the Website, including but not limited to audio recordings, scripts, PDFs, written materials, brand elements, and visual design, is protected by copyright and remains the intellectual property of One ONEIRA LTD (trading as One ONEIRA). By accessing or purchasing our Services, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, share, modify, publish, distribute, or exploit any part of the content without our prior written consent. Any unauthorised use constitutes a violation of copyright and may result in legal action.
