Begin with a short initial consultation.
This is a free, no obligation conversation to explore what you’re experiencing, what you would like to be different, and whether One ONEIRA feels like an appropriate fit.This call is an opportunity for us to assess suitability and readiness, and to decide whether working together would be appropriate.

If we decide to work together, the early sessions focus on establishing a direction for change rather than analysing problems and past events.
Through therapeutic questioning and subconscious exploration, we begin to identify:
what you would like to experience less of
what you would like to experience more of
what would feel different if things were moving in a helpful direction
This process supports subconscious learning- the kind of learning that shapes habits, expectations, and patterns of response below conscious awareness.
Rather than forcing change, the work allows new responses and perspectives to emerge as the mind updates how it interprets and responds to experience.
Any future-oriented sense of “I am” develops naturally within this process. It is not imposed with conscious effort, it becomes clearer as new patterns stabilise.

Sessions take place in a state of focused attention where conscious understanding and subconscious learning work together.
In this state, patterns that usually operate automatically such as your habits, expectations, emotional responses, and self-concept become more accessible to change. The work supports learning at the level where behaviour and identity are organised.
