Each session runs around 20 minutes. We recommend listening daily for each 14-day sequence, but you can use them more often if you wish.

We understand schedules vary. If you miss a day, simply resume when possible. To still be effective aim for a minimum of five consecutive days alongside ad-hoc sessions.
