for those ready to rewrite their story
Where sound meets science for identity change.
Born from the ancient Greek word for dreams, One ONEIRA invites you into a new way of discovering who you are and who you can become.
01: The Identity Sequence is a guided arc for nervous system regulation & future-self alignment, where sound meets science to shift the subconscious.
An 8-week, 4-phase journey of inner subconscious recalibration. Each phase unfolds through sequenced immersive audio practices:
→ Regulate your stress response
→ Renew your sense of possibility
→ Reframe your internal dialogue
→ Realign your identity from within
Step into new emotional patterns. See with greater clarity. Align with the future version of yourself. Close your eyes, press play.
For the burnt out. For the stressed out. For the anxious-overwhelmed, and those who are running on empty. For the True Blue Mondays. For the bored, the blocked, the looped-in-loop of same sh*t, different day. For the creatives not creating. For the dreamers not doing. For the ones who say “someday,” and the ones who whisper, “I wish I could…”
01: The Identity Sequence
A Structured System for Subconscious Change
The Identity Sequence is an 8-week, step-by-step protocol delivered through four immersive audio practices. Each practice is designed to guide you into deeper subconscious states, where real identity shifts can take place.
You will come out clearer, calmer, and more in control.
In just twenty minutes a day, over eight weeks, you will:
Build a calm and regulated nervous system
Develop flexibility in how you think, feel, and respond
Create momentum to act and follow through on what matters
Strengthen your sense of agency so you can direct your life from the inside out
The Four Practices
Practice One: Regulate
Calm your nervous system and return to a felt sense of safety.
Practice Two: Renew
Activate the new parts of you that are ready to engage with life differently.
Practice Three: Reframe
Shift old thought loops, create clarity, and let the next right action reveal itself.
Practice Four: Realign
Anchor your new identity into daily life so new behaviours stick and align with your future self.
Weeks 1 & 2: REGULATE
We begin with softening.
The nervous system quiets.
Inner space expands.

Parasympathetic Activation (Vagus Nerve)
The gentle pace of the induction, along with guided breathing, helps stimulate the vagus nerve. This activates the parasympathetic branch of the autonomic nervous system, sometimes called the “rest and digest” system. The result is a shift away from high arousal and toward states of safety, calm, and balance: lowering heart rate, reducing muscle tension, and supporting recovery.
Down-Regulation of Stress Pathways
As attention turns inward, activity in the amygdala (the brain’s alarm center) can decrease. This also calms the hypothalamic–pituitary–adrenal (HPA) axis, which governs the release of stress hormones such as cortisol. Reduced activation of these pathways supports emotional steadiness, physical ease, and a greater sense of control.
Focused Attention & Neuroplasticity
The deep listening state is not sleep but a focused, absorbed mode of attention. In this state, the prefrontal cortex (responsible for attention and regulation) engages more effectively with subcortical systems that process emotion and memory. This allows calming suggestions to be encoded, creating conditions for neuroplasticity: the brain’s ability to strengthen new, healthier patterns of response.
Quieting of the Default Mode Network (DMN)
Layered audio and suggestion help reduce overactivity in the default mode network, a set of brain regions involved in self-talk and rumination. A quieter DMN supports present-moment awareness, reduces intrusive thoughts, and makes space for calm clarity to emerge.
Interoceptive Awareness (Body–Brain Connection)
Inviting attention to breath, heartbeat, muscle release, or subtle shifts in sensation activates the insula, the brain’s hub for interoception (awareness of internal states). Strengthening interoception helps improve self-regulation by teaching the body and mind how to notice early signals of stress and guide them toward calm.
Implicit Learning & Memory
Even if suggestions are not consciously remembered, the unconscious mind absorbs them. Research in immersive guided audio and memory shows that implicit learning continues below conscious awareness. With repetition, the nervous system becomes more familiar with the state of calm, making it easier to return to it in daily life.

Honestly? I wasn’t sure what this was at first… I thought maybe it was just some nice sounds and guided meditations. But after the first session, I felt this deep calm, really like it says, like Cotton Wool wrapping around my anxiety…I kept doing the audios, even if I didn’t always journal after. But still… I was sleeping better, waking up without that tight, nervous feeling. And I’ve started getting all these creative ideas again.
I don’t know how it works. I just know I feel better!!
Weeks 3 & 4: RENEW
You can renew.
You can become new.

Cognitive Flexibility and Prefrontal Engagement
Immersive guided audio engages engages the prefrontal cortex, the part of the brain responsible for perspective-taking, decision-making, and self-regulation. In this focused yet relaxed state, the brain becomes more flexible, allowing for new ways of thinking about the self and releasing old, rigid patterns of identity.
Updating Self-Representation Networks
Our sense of identity is supported by networks in the medial prefrontal cortex, posterior cingulate, and other midline brain regions. Immersive guided audio helps quiet overactivity in these areas, creating space for new associations and narratives of self to emerge. This allows people to “try on” and integrate a refreshed self-image.
Emotional Reset Through Limbic Regulation
As old identity patterns are often tied to emotional memory, Immersive guided audio reduces amygdala reactivity and reshapes how those memories are experienced. This down-regulation allows emotional weight from past narratives to lift, opening the way for a renewed sense of possibility.
Neuroplastic Encoding of New Identity States
When suggestions of renewal, clarity, or fresh identity are introduced in hypnosis, the brain’s neuroplastic systems strengthen these associations. Repeated practice reinforces these pathways, making the “new self” more familiar, automatic, and embodied in daily life.
Integration of Conscious and Unconscious Processing
Fresh identity work requires both deep unconscious shifts and conscious alignment. Hypnosis supports this by softening the boundary between conscious awareness and unconscious learning, allowing new self-concepts to take root at multiple levels of processing.
Enhanced Interoceptive and Embodied Awareness
By grounding the new identity in bodily awareness such as breath, sensations and posture, the insula and somatosensory systems help “embody” the shift. This ensures the new sense of self isn’t just cognitive but also deeply felt and lived in the body.

Anchors future-self emotionally
Updates internal representation (self-concept)
Introduces new behavioural templates
Builds somatic alignment

I’ve done soooo much of ‘the work’ inner child, shadow, meditations… but this worked on another level. It felt like I was being met exactly where I was, without needing to explain or push anything. All I had to do was press play. By week three, I noticed I was responding to things differently. I wasn’t getting hooked by the usual stuff and I was steadier, even on the messier days. It’s a system that changes how you relate to yourself. Subtle, but powerful.
Weeks 5 & 6: REFRAME
Activate your creativity.
Resolve challenges.
Resource yourself from within.
-
Theme: Motion | Problem Solving | Motivation
Metaphor: Internal Toolbox | Aligned Movement
-
Cognitive Flexibility and Problem Solving
Immersive audio induction gently reduces activity in the default mode network (DMN), the part of the brain linked with self-referential thinking. As this quiets, the prefrontal cortex and dorsolateral prefrontal regions can engage more effectively, supporting problem solving, planning, and adaptive thinking. This shift allows the brain to step out of old loops and begin generating new, more creative solutions.
Neuroplasticity and Identity Shift
Repetition of suggestions and imagery activates Hebbian learning (“neurons that fire together, wire together”). Each time the unconscious rehearses new patterns, such as imagining oneself confident, resourceful, and action-oriented, the neural circuits underlying those traits strengthen. Over time, this builds a more automatic alignment with the “fresh identity” being rehearsed in trance.
Stress Regulation and Executive Function
Deep relaxation lowers amygdala hyperactivity, which reduces fear-based responses and clears space for higher-order executive functioning. This shift in balance of less limbic reactivity into more prefrontal control, enhances the ability to approach challenges calmly and effectively rather than reactively.
Integration of Implicit and Explicit Processing
The layered audio engages both conscious attention and unconscious absorption. This dual-channel input helps bridge the hippocampus (memory integration) and basal ganglia (habit and automaticity). The result is a smoother transfer of insights from conscious awareness into embodied, actionable patterns.
Motivation and Goal-Directed Action
By engaging the dopaminergic reward system (particularly the nucleus accumbens and ventral tegmental area), visualisation of future action primes the nervous system toward readiness and follow-through. This makes purposeful behaviour feel more natural and energised; as though the system is already moving toward the next right step.
-
Increases executive function & action-readiness
Builds inner agency & solution generation
Shifts from freeze to forward flow
Installs post-trance action cues

I’ve done the full 8 weeks, but this is the audio I’ve kept coming back to. After a bunch of listening sessions, I actually started looking for and applying to new jobs to move my career forward, instead of staying stuck not knowing what to do.
Weeks 7 & 8: REALIGN
The forward step.
Hold all that has emerged.
> Project it forward.

Future Self Anchoring
This practice encourages the unconscious mind to connect with a future version of yourself, activating goal-directed patterns, motivation, and alignment with long-term values. It allows you to rehearse adaptive behaviors safely, embed a sense of capability, and cultivate clarity and confidence that can guide real-world action.
Restorative Integration
The session supports the body and mind in processing, organizing, and embedding positive changes. It encourages deep rest, reinforces emotional resilience, and strengthens the ability to act in alignment with your future goals while maintaining a sense of ease, safety, and balance.
Nervous System Regulation
Guided relaxation, breath focus, and layered audio promote parasympathetic activation, helping the nervous system shift from high arousal toward a state of calm and equilibrium. This down-regulates stress pathways, including the amygdala and HPA axis, supporting physiological ease and emotional stability.
Cognitive and Emotional Alignment
By reducing overactivity in the default mode network and engaging prefrontal attention circuits, this session helps quiet mental chatter, release unhelpful thought patterns, and create space for clarity, insight, and focused decision-making to emerge naturally.
Interoceptive Awareness (Body + Brain Connection)
Inviting attention to breath, posture, heartbeat, and subtle bodily sensations engages the insula, the brain’s hub for interoception. Strengthening this awareness improves self-regulation by helping the mind and body detect early signals of stress and naturally shift toward calm and grounded states.
Implicit Learning & Memory
Even if suggestions are not consciously remembered, the unconscious mind absorbs them. Research shows that repeated hypnosis and guided imagery allow the nervous system to become familiar with new patterns of calm, focus, and aligned action, making it easier to integrate these states into daily life.

I went in hoping to feel more grounded. What I didn’t expect was how much this would impact my relationship with time.
The last practice talks about time. It made it so natural to start organising my days around who I wanted to actually BE rather than not planning ahead and life taking over. I’ve consistently since started blocking time for what actually matters to me such as getting to the gym and self-development.

The One ONEIRA Method™, created by Clinical Hypnotherapist and Master NLP Practitioner Alice Casey, is a structured process that shifts you from problem states into resource states by reorganizing attention.
Built from clinical hypnosis, NLP, affective neuroscience, somatic principles, and therapeutic sound, it works across five interconnected domains of experience: physical, symbolic, emotional, intellectual, and attention, to create meaningful and sustainable change.
When attention collapses around a problem, emotional reactivity spikes and cognitive flexibility narrows. The One ONEIRA Method™ interrupts this loop and redirects attention toward what you want to build. The practice unfolds through four phases: Regulate (stabilize physiology and calm reactivity), Renew (broaden emotional tone and introduce resourceful states), Reframe (transform meanings and symbols to update perception and belief), and Realign (align attentional focus and decision-making with a chosen direction).
As attention shifts, breathing, posture, and autonomic balance reorganize; emotions settle and become more flexible; the prefrontal cortex re-engages for planning and choice; and symbols recode experience at a deeper, unconscious level.
The result is practical momentum, clearer focus, and change that feels both authentic and sustainable.
